On Tuesday, we collected 4 ladies from Gandía railway station, who were coming down to stay with us, after spending 5 days in the Valencia City. Although four of them are living and working in London, they are in fact from the Irish Republic originally but by coincidence now have a home in the same neighbourhood that we used to live in during our time in London. Monday saw the arrival of two almost local girls for a three night stay with us. These really lovely ladies came from the city of Castellón, which is the capital of Castellón province – itself part of the Valencian Community. The plan was to settle in here by spending a first relaxing day by the pool, then, after an afternoon by the beach on Tuesday, to go for a night out in Playa de Gandía. [...]
